Anchor Technical Apparel LLC
Leslie Gunn, an experienced special education teacher, and Dr. Lee Ann Annotti, a licensed psychologist specializing in the study of Autism and Related Differences, are the brains, passion, and empathy behind the brand.
Born from personal, lived experiences and professional research, Lee Ann and Leslie created a therapeutic apparel brand created to support individuals who experience sensory overload, anxiety, or environmental stress. By combining advanced textile engineering with thoughtful design, the brand integrates calming pressure technology into everyday clothing that looks modern, comfortable, and wearable in daily life.
Anchor strives to normalize sensory support through apparel that blends comfort, function, and style. Designed with input from neurodivergent communities and clinical professionals, each product aims to create a feeling of calm, confidence, and grounding so individuals can navigate their day with greater ease and balance.
OUR MISSION
We make sensory regulation accessible through thoughtfully engineered everyday apparel. By integrating calming pressure technology into modern clothing, Anchor's weighted hoodies, and our other apparel items, help individuals manage sensory overload, anxiety, and environmental stress while maintaining comfort, confidence, and style.
We commit to creating clothing that empowers neurodivergent individuals to move through the world with greater calm and control. Through inclusive design, scientific insight, and community collaboration, Anchor aims to redefine apparel as a supportive tool that promotes emotional balance and everyday well being.
OUR VISION
